Terms of Service

By using Sorrel Hub (sorrelhub.xyz), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform, loader, cabinet, forum, paid products, free key flow, or Discord-connected features.

Sorrel Hub provides digital access to private products, including current Roblox/Luau products, account tools, product updates, profile features, and community services. Product keys, subscriptions, HWID bindings, and account access are personal, non-transferable, and may be revoked if abused.

You are responsible for your account, email, Discord connection, HWID binding, and any activity performed through your session or keys.

• Access is tied to your Sorrel Hub account and may also be tied to HWID, Discord, and product-specific loader checks
• You must not share, sell, rent, leak, or transfer keys, loader access, or private files
• We may require re-authentication, MFA, HWID verification, or other security checks before sensitive actions
• We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, security risk, key sharing, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass access control

Paid products may be sold as time-limited plans, lifetime plans, or other product-specific plans shown at checkout. Access starts after successful payment or key activation, depending on the flow.

• 30-day plans grant access for 30 days from purchase or activation
• Lifetime access means 10 years of access for that product from purchase or activation, not infinite access forever
• Free keys and free access flows may have separate limits, cooldowns, duration, and anti-abuse checks
• If a lifetime plan is already owned for a product, we may block duplicate lifetime purchases for that product
• Product availability, supported executors, status, features, and pricing may change over time

Because this is digital access, the fact that a product is temporarily unavailable, under maintenance, affected by a Roblox update, or incompatible with a specific executor does not automatically create a refund right.

You may use Sorrel Hub only for personal use and only through the official website, backend, loader, cabinet, and supported flows.

• Use products only on accounts and devices you control
• Use cabinet features to manage your own profile, keys, subscriptions, security, and connected services
• Participate in the forum and Discord without harassment, spam, impersonation, fraud, or abuse

You are responsible for any consequences that come from using third-party platforms, Roblox accounts, executors, or gameplay modification tools.

Violations may result in account termination, access revocation, HWID bans, Discord moderation, loss of keys, and no refund. You may not:

• Share, resell, redistribute, leak, mirror, or publish keys, loader responses, scripts, private builds, or protected code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, unpack, dump, patch, hook, tamper with, or bypass loader/auth/HWID/subscription checks
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free keys, referrals, trials, payments, or rate limits
• Attack, scrape, stress, exploit, or interfere with Sorrel Hub infrastructure, APIs, storage, auth, forum, or payment flows
• Use stolen accounts, stolen payment methods, disputed payments, fraudulent emails, or fake identity information
• Harass users, impersonate staff, spread malware, dox people, or use Sorrel Hub for fraud

Sorrel Hub products are provided as digital tools that depend on Roblox behavior, executors, platform updates, account state, backend availability, and loader validation. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted, error-free, or always-undetected operation
• Compatibility with every Roblox executor, injector, device, Windows build, browser, network, or account state
• That a product will keep working after Roblox, executor, anti-cheat, or third-party service updates
• That use of products will avoid Roblox moderation, game moderation, account penalties, or other platform consequences

We may take products offline, mark them unreleased, disable specific features, restrict executor support, or perform maintenance when needed for safety, stability, security, or product direction.

Checkout may redirect to a third-party payment provider. Sorrel Hub stores only the payment/order metadata needed to grant access, verify status, prevent fraud, support the user, and handle disputes.

• Crypto payments may be irreversible and may include network, provider, or conversion fees
• A payment is successful only after the provider reports a successful status and our backend confirms the order
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, suspected fraud, or abusive payment behavior may suspend or revoke access
• Prices may change, but changes do not retroactively alter already completed purchases unless required by law or support resolution

Profiles, bios, avatars, forum posts, comments, reactions, notifications, and Discord-linked identity may be visible to other users depending on the feature.

• Do not upload illegal, malicious, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or rights-infringing content
• We may remove content, hide profiles, delete forum content, or restrict features for moderation or security reasons
• You grant Sorrel Hub the permission needed to host, display, process, moderate, and back up the content you submit

Sorrel Hub is owned and operated by its owners, currently winner and lovey0x (the "Owners"). The Owners and any staff they designate hold final authority over the platform, accounts, products, payments, forum, and all connected services.

• The Owners may suspend, ban, restrict, reset, or terminate any account, key, subscription, HWID binding, Discord link, or product access at their sole discretion, with or without prior notice or stated reason
• The Owners may take action they consider necessary even where this document does not list a specific rule for the situation; the listed rules are examples, not the limit of their authority
• The Owners may change, withhold, revoke, or refuse access, pricing, features, refunds, or services for any account at their discretion, subject to applicable law
• The Owners may moderate, remove, or restrict any user content, profile, or community participation at their discretion
• Decisions made by the Owners are final; an action taken at Owner discretion does not by itself create a right to a refund, compensation, restoration, or appeal

Nothing in this section is intended to override rights you hold under applicable law that cannot be waived.

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate an account, key, subscription, HWID, Discord link, forum access, or product access when necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal reasons, or violations of these terms. Banned or terminated accounts are not entitled to refunds for remaining access.

Sorrel Hub is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost accounts, lost data, lost profits, Roblox moderation, executor issues, downtime, failed compatibility, or inability to use a product.

Our maximum liability for a paid order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms when products, payment flows, account features, legal requirements, or security needs change. Material changes may be announced on the website or Discord. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
