General Provisions

Sorrel Hub sells digital access to products, keys, subscriptions, and loader-connected services. Because access is delivered digitally and can be used immediately, refunds are limited.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you selected the correct product, plan, contact email, and payment method, and that you accept this refund policy.

When Refunds May Be Reviewed

We may review a refund or access-fix request in these cases:

  • Duplicate charge for the same account, product, and plan
  • Payment was confirmed by the provider but our backend did not deliver access after reasonable support verification
  • Wrong plan was granted because of a confirmed Sorrel Hub backend error
  • The order was paid but remained stuck due to a provider/backend status mismatch that support can verify

Support may choose a refund, manual access grant, subscription extension, key replacement, or another reasonable fix depending on the case.

When Refunds Are Not Issued

Refunds are generally not issued when:

  • Access was delivered, key was activated, subscription was granted, or the loader was accessed
  • You changed your mind, bought the wrong product, entered the wrong email, or no longer need the product after delivery
  • Your Roblox account, game account, executor, device, browser, network, or third-party tool is incompatible or restricted
  • Roblox, executor, anti-cheat, or third-party updates temporarily break a product
  • A product is temporarily offline, unreleased, under maintenance, or has limited executor support shown on the site
  • Your account was banned, suspended, HWID-locked, or revoked for violating the Terms of Service
  • You shared keys, abused free access, attempted to bypass access checks, charged back, disputed fraudulently, or used suspicious payment behavior
  • Crypto network fees, provider fees, conversion fees, exchange-rate changes, or transaction delays caused extra cost

Crypto Payments

Crypto payments can be irreversible. If crypto checkout is used, refunds may be impossible or reduced by network fees, provider fees, conversion losses, and administrative limitations.

  • A payment is considered complete only after the payment provider reports a successful status and Sorrel Hub confirms the order
  • Underpaid, canceled, AML-locked, pending, or disputed payments may not grant access until resolved
  • Sending funds on the wrong network, to the wrong address, after expiration, or with an incorrect amount may be impossible to recover

Lifetime Plans

Lifetime access means 10 years of access for the purchased product from purchase or activation. It does not mean guaranteed operation forever, guaranteed compatibility forever, or guaranteed support for every Roblox/executor change.

If a lifetime purchase was successfully delivered and access exists on the account, it is treated as delivered digital access and is not normally refundable.

Outages & Maintenance

For confirmed Sorrel Hub backend or loader outages longer than 24 consecutive hours during active paid access, we may provide a subscription extension or another account-level fix. Temporary executor incompatibility, Roblox updates, product maintenance, unreleased status, or game-side changes do not automatically qualify for a monetary refund.

How to Request Support

Open a support ticket in Discord and provide enough information for verification.

  • Sorrel Hub account email or username
  • Product and plan
  • Payment/order ID or provider transaction reference
  • Contact email used during checkout
  • Clear description of the delivery or access issue

Do not post private payment details, secrets, keys, or full tokens in public channels.
